Profile: Dr. Vikas Gupta is a Super-specialist in the field of Surgical Oncology.
He did his super specialty training through Diplomate of National Board (D.N.B.) in Surgical Oncology from Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute (BIACH & RI), Hyderabad in the year 2018.
Post completion of his training he continued in BIACH & RI as a Consultant Surgical Oncologist and performed minimally invasive cancer surgeries including laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.
He completed his Masters in Surgery (M.S.) from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Hospital and Medical College, Mumbai in 2014. He has done his MBBS from JMFās ACPM Medical College, Dhule in 2010.
He was selected as Specialty Senior Registrar in the Department of Gastrointestinal and Hepatopancreaticobiliary surgery (GI & HPB) at the prestigious TATA Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He has completed his specialty training and was selected for Fellowship in GI & HPB Oncosurgery at TATA Memorial Hospital. He has cleared the European Board of Surgical Oncology qualification exam and was awarded the Fellowship of the European Board of Surgeons (F.E.B.S.).
