Dr. Sagar Satpute is a highly specialized professional in the field of Vascular Interventional Radiology, having completed his Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology from L.T.M.C Sion Government Medical College, Mumbai in 2020. His educational background includes an MD in Radio Diagnosis from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences in 2016 and an MBBS from MGM’s Medical College, Kamothe in 2010. Dr. Satpute underwent an extensive two-year training program in Vascular Intervention Radiology from 2018 to 2020 at L.T.M.C Sion Government Medical College, Mumbai.
His skill set encompasses procedures such as varicose vein LASER ablation, peripheral angioplasty, G.I. bleeder embolization, pre-operative embolization, dialysis access catheterization (Permcath), central venous plasty, fistuloplasty, IVC filter placement in DVT cases, PTBD, biliary stenting, diagnostic cerebral angiography, IVC gram, IVC and hepatic vein plasty/stenting, TACE, RFA, sclerotherapy, embolization of arteriovenous malformations, biopsies, pigtail drainage, and various other interventions guided by USG, CT, and DSA.
