Profile: Dr Jayesh Thaddani is a leading expert in the field of Diabetes. He is a life member of Research Society for The Study of Diabetes in India, (RSSDI). Dr Jayesh has completed his M.B.B.S from Shri Vasantrao Naik Government Medical College, Maharashtra. He has completed his M.D in General Medicine from Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital, Chennai. After his M.D, he has worked as an Assistant Professor in Department of General Medicine at Government MedicalĀ College and Hospital, Nagpur.
He has completed Fellowship in Diabetology from Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai. During his fellowship in Diabetology he has managed cases of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Gestational Diabetes (Diabetes in Pregnancy) and cases of Thyroid, Parathyoid Gland related disorders . He was the 1st runner up award recipient at National Level of Torrent Young Scholars Award in Diabetology (TYSA-DIABETOLOGY) in 2021-2022. He has also worked as a Clinical Associate in Medicine Department at P.D Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai.
He has chaired many National Diabetes Conferences. He has completed Intensive Training Programme For Doctors for Diabetes Management from CMC Vellore. He has also completed Diabetic Foot Care and Foot Wear Training Programme from CMC Vellore. He is a regular participant to various Conferences and CMEs to learn about the developments in the field of Medicine and Diabetes and keep himself up to date about recent advances. He is well versed with different technologies used in Diabetes Management like Continuous Glucose Monitoring System (CGMS).
