The graduate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) will be trained efficiently to manage the Intensive Care Units as NPs.

Eligibility Criteria
01.
Applicants must be a registered B.Sc./ P.B.B.Sc. nurse with a minimum of one- year clinical experience, preferably in any critical care setting prior to enrolment.
02.
Must have undergone the B.Sc. (Nursing) in an institution found suitable by the Indian Nursing Council and have been registered in any State Nursing Council.
03.
Must have scored not less than 55% aggregate marks in the BSc. program.
04.
Selection will be based on the merit of an entrance examination and interview held by the competent authority.
Applicants must be physically fit.

The Nurse practitioners will be prepared & qualified to assume responsibility for the care of critically ill patients under his/her care. Identify the critical conditions using differential diagnosis & carry out treatment/interventions to stabilize & stabilize & restore patients health & minimize or manage complications independently or collaboratively as a apart of critical care team. Collaborate with other health care professionals in the critical care team across the continuum of critical care.
