Admission procedure
Deposit:
You will be asked to pay the initial deposit depending on the room you opt for. Please come prepared with sufficient cash when you are coming for planned admission (non-emergency). For emergency admission you will be required to furnish deposit within 24 hours of admission.
Change in Room Category:
If after admission at any given time, the patient wishes to move to higher class of accommodation, please note that all the charges would be applicable as per the selected higher class of accommodation.
Discharge Procedure
It may take 3-4 hours to complete the discharge formalities after the instruction by the treating consultant for discharge.
All TPA discharges will take at least 5-6 hours (depending on the TPA) for the entire discharge process to get the final approval from TPA on the day of discharge. Hospital will facilitate the coordination and approval process but in no ways will be responsible for the coordination and approvals/denials.

Refund to patients
Cash/Cheque: Excess amount if any, will be refunded at the time of discharge as per policy, (Refund less than Rs.10,000/- will be given in cash and more than Rs. 10,000/- will be in cheque) in the name of the patient after 7 working days of discharge.
ADMISSION OF COMPANY/CORPORATE PATIENTS
If you are admitted through a Company/Organization that has an attachment with the Hospital, you are requested to produce an Authority Letter from your respective Company/ Organization for Registration and Admission.
Medicines/ Consumables will not be provided on credit until the Authority letter is submitted to the Admission Counter of the Hospital.
If you have occupied a higher-class accommodation than authorized, you have to make a deposit as per the deposit schedule applicable to the higher category. The same would be settled at the time of discharge/ final settlement of bill.
In case of emergency eligible employee of their dependent will be admitted on production of Identity Card. However employee (Patient) or his/her escort is required to get the letter of credit from the competent authority within next working hour otherwise patient has to pay security deposit as per schedule of charges.
Admission of patients covered under insurance mediclaim policy
For patients covered under medical insurance, it is mandatory to get approval for cashless facility from the TPA before the patient gets admitted. However, if the patient gets admitted in emergency then the approval for cashless facility must be produced within 24 hours from the time of admission. We will facilitate your request with the TPA and try to procure the approval from TPA before discharge but the prime responsibility remains with the patient only.
Patients admitted under Mediclaim Insurance Policies (Reimbursement/Cashless) are required to sign Financial Undertaking for payment of Security Deposit (Refundable) which is collected depending upon the categories of accommodation.
TPA approval if not received within 24 hours after admission, patient/ relative will have to deposit the entire estimated amount as per cash patient policy.
Insured patients are requested to get admitted after obtaining authorization from TPAs. In case of admission without authorization, hospital can assist in obtaining the same (patient can contact TPA coordinator for the same)
